It is that time of year in Buffalo. Spring is finally here, and so are the Food Trucks! They are ready to serve you lunch all spring and summer long. The trucks will be parked in the Pocket Park at 589 Ellicott on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus from 11:30 a.m. to noon every Tuesday through Friday. The August schedule is below.
