Health & Well-Being

Creating Healthy Culture

BNMC has been a driving force in Campus and community-wide efforts to promote healthy eating, active living, and well-being. While people primarily think of the Campus as a place to treat illness, BNMC is actively engaged in creating a culture of health and well-being both on the Campus and throughout the community.

By collaborating with institutional partners and community stakeholders, BNMC works to attract funders, develop strategies, and design innovative programs to curate health-promoting environments, build up the regional food system, and support health equity. These are reflected in our priority areas: Food as Medicine, Corporate Well-Being, Food Systems, and Community Health.
