Welcome to Buffalo Spring and Food Trucks 2025! Beginning May 1st, lunch will be available every Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pocket Park at 589 Ellicott. The schedule for the month of May is below, and we look forward to seeing everyone! On Tuesdays, Dimples Pancakes will be serving breakfast from 9 am – 1 pm.
