All are welcome to a full year of wellness programs.
BNMC’s Health and Well-Being team announced a full schedule of programs for all to enjoy this year. There will be an array of fitness classes, cooking demonstrations, guided walks, workshops, and more.
Beginning this month, and continuing throughout the year, fitness classes will take place every Wednesday from 5 – 6 pm at the Innovation Center at 640 Ellicott. Sessions include yoga, a fitness boot camp, dance therapy, and cross-training. Once spring arrives, classes will move outside to the Pocket Park at 589 Ellicott.
The team will also host a series of workshops focused on nutrition, mental health, cooking demonstrations, and guided walks on Campus throughout the summer months. Workshops are monthly from 12 – 1 pm in the Innovation Center.
All programs are free and for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. You can download the full calendar here.
