Buffalo All Access

Your Ride Has Arrived!
Buffalo All Access is a new way to plan and take trips in our city, with an emphasis on the neighborhoods surrounding the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Using one easy-to-use app (plus a website and call center option), you can:
- Find the best route based on your needs and abilities, including built-in real-time transit information
- Book rides on free community shuttles
- Get step-by-step wayfinding, all the way from your front door to your doctor’s office, grocery store, job, or transit station
Buffalo All Access is designed so everyone can travel with confidence.
Welcome to All Access
Going Mobile
Use the mobile app or website to plan your trip. Tell us where you’re starting, where you’re going, and how and when you want to get there.
Ready to take your trip? The app will give you real-time step-by-step navigation and the ability to hail a free on-demand shuttle within the shuttle service area
The All Access Call Center is also standing by to assist in your trip planning. Call (716) 888-4600 from 8 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

An On-Demand Shuttle System
Summon a free on-demand shuttle through the app or call center. Buffalo All Access features both an NFTA Community Shuttle, which provides door-to-door service in the shuttle service area, and the first-of-its-kind All Access Loop: a self-driving shuttle that circulates the area.

Who Is Working On This Project?
Buffalo All Access is partially funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
The project is led by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and its partners.
The new systems will be studied for 18 months. The research is led by the University at Buffalo.
